Doesn’t Work, Won’t Connect to Phone.
I purchased the Oumua recently and have been very disappointed. I downloaded the app from the Apple store and immediately used an inhalation training. I had high hopes. However, since that time the device only connects to my phone once every 10-15 attempts, and hasn’t connected for two days. It’s useless if I can’t use the training sessions and monitor my progress. The company’s website has no info on this issue and they included no documentation with the device at all. The app has no troubleshooting information either. So even one star is a stretch.
Potentially a scam?
I am not sure if the whole company is a scam or if something happened with my order specifically.
I received a device that clearly doesnt have either a button or charger or any capability to connect over Bluetooth . It is just a piece of plastic there are no electronics in it.
I purchased it from their website directly there were no third party’s involved . It also took close to a month to receive this fake plastic thing.
Deserves Zero Stars
Doesn’t work, and there is absolutely no support from the developer
