I LOVE Oxford to You! I’ve never had any issues with the app or the kind folks who work there. Yes the app could use a bit of updating, but the service you receive from OTY is exceptional - from the owner, the dispatch team, and the amazing delivery drivers! This company takes care of not only their employees but the entire community by taking extra care of getting your delivery order(s) to you. They even go above and beyond by contacting the restaurants for you if your order is incorrect. They do all the leg work for you! Don’t let the negative review fool you. Order from Oxford to You and you won’t be disappointed! SO much BETTER than DoorDash, UberEats, and the others out there. If you live in Oxford and enjoy ordering delivery, be sure to order and support OTY! I’ve been ordering with them for several years with no issues at all! I’m so grateful for them!
Horrible Service
The woman who runs Oxford to you is an absolutely terrible person who has the audacity to complain to customers about tipping because for some reason she can't find it in her cold heart to pay her workers a reasonable wage despite the outrageously high delivery fee. In addition to no one's surprise the app is garbage and looks disgusting. I wish I could support local business and tell you to download this app but Oxford to you is just so terrible, please just use Door dash.
