Simple and useful but frustrating.

I own the Pressure X machine. Getting the device and app to connect is wonky; you basically NEED to turn the device on and THEN open the app. If the device is already on and the app is running, even if you hit the refresh button, it won’t show as connected. I need to close and reopen the app to get it to connect. The device is hard set to auto off in 30s (this really should be adjustable) which is not enough time when you are fiddling with the app. The final gripe for me is that the communication seems to be one way as the app does not set time or device settings, this is so lazy. For products with this kind of premium cost, the app should be way way way better. There also doesn’t seem to be Apple Health integration. In the end, the app is basic at best. It is useful as it does show real time results, has a log and is dead simple to use (once you know, you know) but it is also pretty frustrating in its lackluster features. The OMRON app is 10x better, too bad their device is so inaccurate.

Connects, but no info transferred from device

Downloaded app to iPhone13. Had difficulty connecting to the Oxiline Pressure X Pro but after the several games of Bluetooth on/off/on, app open/close/open, BP monitor off/on/off, finally got the two devices to connect. But then nothing is actually downloaded to the app from the BP device so app is of no value. Very unhappy after the pain of getting connection to work.

Not impressed

Installed the app with the Oxiline Gluco XPro and connected via Bluetooth. Took 2 readings and the app doesn’t show the data from either. Why do I need an app that doesn’t work? Good concept, poor execution. Update: the app connects now, probably my error. Must open the app after the Gluco XPro is on for the system to work properly.

I like the idea of using the chart functionality to display trends; however, neither the days of the week in the weekly graph, nor the dates of the month on the monthly graph correspond to the day or date that the measurements was taken. For example, today is Tuesday and my measurement on the chart shows Saturday. The date in the log is correct. If that is the best the charts can display, I would suggest removing the labels on the x-axis of the charts and just show the line of measurements against the y-axis.
