Submitted a claim and it sent me a confirmation

Submitted a claim and it sent me a confirmation. Days later nothing showed under pending or paid. Resubmitted and still nothing happened.

Why bother having an app that shows you absolutely nothing about your account?

Terrible app. Signed up, logged in, and the only thing it has is my profile. No information on my health savings acct balance, transactions, or expiration date. Pointless app, offers no help, and was a waste of my time. At least it was only a 30 minute waste of time and not 5 hours on hold for customer “service” which actually happened.

Upset my employer switch to this company

Claims submitted by fax? I was so happy to get the app because it showed I could take pics and submit electronically but have tried tons of times and same message about network error. What the what. Each time have to start over. How about you guys go to Navia benefits so they can train you all. So bummed my employer switched :( also haven’t gotten my credit card either!
