Version 17.0 represents a major update to the software both in the Command Center and App. Please see the Help Desk article for the full list of updates, but the focus on the update was based on the feedback provided from the Software Survey.
Some of the key updates include:
- Business Automations
- Diagnostic Report Short Cuts
- Ability to email multiple Diagnostics directly without an invoice
- Ability to attach Images directly to an Invoice when Emailing the Invoice
- Service Call hotlinks on the phone number and address
