PAC-MAN 4+

I love it but the issues I have with it kinda ruin it.

As a 14 year old Pac-Man fan I can certainly say this version did not disappoint. However there are (I think) bugs that have yet to be fixed despite the most recent update. Classic mode is my favorite mode, however, whenever I get to the screen to get more lives using coins gems or wasting seconds of your life you will never get back by watching an add. If I get to that screen enough, if I still have coins I will get another life. All of a sudden the button doesn’t work anymore. It says “unexpected error!” and the loading symbol pops up even though it does not load. I am forced to exit the app completely and go back into it to exit the screen. It always sends me back to that screen though, and I learned the hard way that clicking the same button again repeats the same action. I have one more issue where the button’s suddenly stop working and I am stuck on a specific screen. I am a diehard Pac-Man fan though and if the game works fine until the buttons decide to die on me then this game is awesome. Highly recommended.

Story Mode isn’t Great - Glitches and Design

Story Mode provides a great way for players to play countless mazes. In fact, this game is centered around Story Mode. However, I have found the mode to be quite frustrating at times due to a reoccurring glitch and poor decisions made by developers. Oftentimes when I complete a maze, a glitch occurs where players don’t receive a reward and the game prohibits them from advancing to the next maze. This can be annoying, especially when a life was lost or a power up was used to complete the maze. A few poor decisions are present here too. For example, some bonus stages feature 2 PAC-Men: one players control as usual, but the other mirrors your movements from across the screen. It is interesting at first, but becomes a hassle once players discover (a bit too late thanks to the game’s hints) that the mirrored PAC-MAN can be caught by a Ghost and lose a life. Playing with 2 PAC-Men indeed makes the game much harder to play. Also, Tokens (which are the game’s currency) are a non-renewable resource as they are only won by playing new mazes (they cannot be obtained from the same maze twice). If players need to by a particular power up using Tokens in order to fulfill a challenge requirement, players may be forced to skip the challenge and play the next couple of mazes to raise enough Tokens to buy the power up later. Personally, these issues caused me to enjoy the game a lot less.

I take pride in playing this pac man game. Stop!! Dropping my screen!!

Whatever you call them but the game playing is awful. The screen drops when you’re playing and winning. It takes my pac man to where I don’t want it to go. I will not pay for extra pac man because it’s not worth it. The game is rigged . Someone is controlling the game too make sure I don’t win. It’s pathetic how this game is rigged. When I eat a ghost my pac man goes in different directions than I want it to go. I’m a pac man queen. I’ve been playing since I was a teenager and I’ve never played a sorry rigged game like this one. The screen drops entirely too much and very often. Please please fix what’s going on with this game. When my screen drops I can’t see anything on how to play. Then the ghosts eat me and gets me out. No game should be somewhere and someone is cheating behind the scenes and that’s not fair. The screen drops all the time while playing and that gets you out. Whoever is cheating makes sure we doesn’t win. This game supposed to be good excellence in pac man. I haven’t won a single game yet. Someone is cheating. Who is behind this game??? Someone pulls my screen down and then I can’t see then the ghost eats me. It’s not fair. I never played a pac man like this. When I eat a man too eat ghost and I can’t bc my screen drops. My boards has changed. Prefer Milky Way. The new boards someone is dropping my screen with it’s being a new board that I never use before!! Please stop !!
