Real Support in Small Groups

Pace is the mental health app that matches you with people you’d never meet to talk about the things you can’t share with anyone.

Groups are led by world-class facilitators - experts in emotional health who’re experienced in leading groups. Group session formats are not therapy. They are designed by clinical psychologists to unlock peer emotional connection and fun.

How Groups Work
* Small groups of 7 members, hand-picked for you
* Led by a world-class facilitator
* 90-minute online video sessions
* $89/mo—more affordable than therapy
* Proven to help

What Members Are Saying
* “I was having a hard time this week and thought about you guys and... I just felt less alone."
* “As folks started to be vulnerable, it made me want to share, and at the end of 90 minutes, I thought, 'That was really fun!'"
* “I am so grateful to have joined Pace. I feel more connected to others, less alone in my experience, and supported.”
* “I felt so much better after group this week. I feel like this group is medicine.”

Extraordinary!

I joined pace about six months ago and the experience has been nothing short of incredible. I’m in two groups (it’s such great value that you can be in several groups - up to 3 I think - for no extra cost) and they are both amazing. I think that has a lot to do with the matching process - I’m in groups with people who are at similar life stages and are working through similar issues. I am amazed at how deep both groups have gone in such a short time and how deeply connected we feel to each other. The facilitators are beyond excellent and create really safe containers in which we feel totally confident being vulnerable and in which we feel heard, held, and receive loving support. Before joining pace I was concerned that something would be lost in the online experience (vs in-person) but the opposite has proven to be true. The convenience of joining from anywhere and having the opportunity to connect with people from all over has made pace far more rewarding than an IRL meeting. I have no doubt that some of the people I’ve met through pace will become lifelong friends. Truly a 10/10 experience in every way.

Just like group therapy

I’ve done a lot of therapy over the past 30 years, both individual and group. My Pace group is led by a psychologist who insists this isn’t group therapy because it doesn’t focus on diagnosis and pathology, but I can tell you it’s just like group therapy, except conducted over a proprietary Zoom-like app. They probably have business or regulatory reasons to say it’s not group therapy. Can you imagine the red tape involved in licensing in 50 states? Anyway, it’s well done, the app works fine. It’s inexpensive and convenient. Highly recommend.

Try it!!

There are some very negative reviews on here and I just wanted to jump in and say I love Pace. It has exceeded my expectations. I have found a lot of comfort in hearing from people with similar perspectives. I’ve also been stretched by hearing other perspectives. I now see my individual therapist less and do pass every week. Try it out with an open mind!
