Pain Killer 2.0 4+

Dealing with a pinched nerve that felt like I was being tortured. Like someone driving a screwdriver in my arm and burning my shoulder with a cigarette. I had throbbing pain up the back of my neck into my head . I found this app because I was desperately looking for something to help me. I was searching meditation apps. I didn’t know there was a pain killer app. I had already taken ibuprofen and acetaminophen along with the prescription muscle relaxer. The pain relief was minimal. I turned this on ... it ran for 20 minutes. I had fallen asleep. I guess when it quit I woke up. The pain was completely gone. I was able to finally rest. Amazing. Now with the meds and this I have little to no pain. Wow!

I’ve had the app for a few days. Tried it half-heartedly a few times and wasn’t sure it was working. Background: I had both my knees replaced eight days ago. Pain is getting better, but nights are the worst: can’t get comfortable. Last night, at 4am, I could not find a position where my legs didn’t burn and ache. Put on the app in desperation and within a few minutes was able to feel less pain and was able to get to sleep. Slept fo three hours: only waking to put an earplug back in or reset the app. A lifesaver for me.

I didn't think this would actually work but it does. The first time I tried it was at a doctor's office where I was really waiting and waiting past my appointment time. I have a lot of pain from different sources and this day my feet and lower legs were in such pain. I turned this on for ten minutes and when they called my name I actually could get up and walk without a lot of fiddling. That was surprising. Usually I'd have to hold onto something and 'test' my feet, one at a time. I keep this app on page one now.
