Pain Scored is an easy daily log for anyone to report and track symptoms, improvements, and problems. Using a simple interface, this dynamic tool uses a variety of tools to help you measure pain, symptoms and side effects. Most important, reports are simple and easy to understand. Behind them, however, is a powerful tool which puts the data together. The goal is not zero pain- its improved quality of life. With Pain Scored (tm), your story is documented for you in a better way than before. Pain Scored was founded by two pain management physicians who wished to ensure that all patients have access to the best tools available to monitor their symptoms and report them to their doctors. Unlike traditional pain diaries, the information here can be used by you to communicate to your doctor and help you both! For Doctors: For invited physicians, through the use of the Pain Scored platform and our unique reporting process, every one of our customers has increased the quality of care they provide-- by simply communicating and documenting better. This means happier clinicians, healthier patients and efficient workflow. Chronic pain affects a majority of us and it’s impact on the quality of life can be severe. We want to change this! You can choose the location and intensity of your pain on a body and describe its character. Track your happiness, stress, and fatigue. Record your medications, their side effects and more. Information is logged on a frequent basis using unique methods intended to create a simple user experience. The data provided is aggregated using powerful back end analytics into innovative reports. These reports are used to monitor the compliance, efficacy and benefit of pain management therapy. As someone who suffers from chronic pain, doctor visits often leave a lot to be desired when it comes to diagnosis and/or treatment. Because pain levels may vary from day to day, it is difficult to discern what type of pain or to notice the patterns between lifestyle, time of day, location and severity of pain. Pain Scored is a good app because it helps one start to understand their pain. Still, I believe it has potential to be a great app. My only suggestion is that it could be more user-friendly. The format (at least on iOS) is not quite so accessible. It would also be beneficial to be able to download pain logs or to view pain/satisfaction levels on a daily, weekly, monthly line graph. These are the only suggestions I’ve had. I use this app everyday and it has been very helpful to me, highly recommended!

Thank you for the feedback. All of your suggestions have been implemented. The “survey results” tab allows you to view results on a line graph and download the reports. New updates and features are pushed frequently. We appreciate your support.

Once you take a few surveys you can start seeing trends in your pain level over time. I really enjoy how quick I can take these surveys throughout the day. You can actually see what’s going on with your pain levels and track your response to treatments.

I like the new app. Its so easy to log in and track how Im doing. I like that my Doctor sees the results and we can adjust my meds without going in to the office. I try to stay home and isolate now so I appreciate it so much!

A lot of chronic pain apps are paid or limited in features. This one allows me to track my chronic pain for free and share my reports with my doctor. I believe it’s helped me and my doc see the whole pattern of my pain symptoms.
