Pakistan Citizen Portal is an integrated citizens grievance redressal system connecting all government organizations both at federal and provincial levels. The system serves as carrier of complaints to their respective offices across all over Pakistan. Citizens are enabled to provide feedback once a complaint is marked resolved by an officer. The feedbacks are linked to an officer’s performance. The app provides a hassle free interface to citizens to connect with government at all levels.

The app ran well initially when it was launched but now it doesn’t even open. If you try and delete/reinstall you lose all your data such as complaints filed, resolution of complaint etc. Overall a good effort but support seems to be lacking. When you click the support page it redirects you to the PMDU website with a rather generic email address. I think perhaps the response was overwhelming and the system got/was abandoned.
Complain Closure Option
Citizen portal is good initiative for citizen to highlight issues faced by them or complains. Need to give closure option to citizen for make sure end user got solution or his complain solved with some days to close it or keep it open if not solved otherwise it close by itself if concern department saying they solved it, because some time concern department is saying they solve the issue but end user not getting solution of his complain so it will be better to give complain closure option to citizen or at least give them re opening option of following complain instead for them to again launch new complain which increase again the same process of going from first person to last for solution. It will help a lot.
Multiple App faults
Been over 10 days and on daily basis hv been trying to just register myself while sitting in Pakistan and using local number. I am a foreign national of Pak Origin, and unable to register as a foreigner as the abroad mobile number is not set to be registered with correct number, and when try to enter a local number it says its already registered for other account. The app keeps crashing, the mobiles local or abroad cant be used, i dont hv a local cnic Number, am not an overseas Pakistani, hence stuck to even register. Hence I continue to suffer with the problem for what i want to approach the Pak PM portal. I have sent emails to the provided address but no response whatsoever! Please fix this asap or provide a correct email address where i can be heard and responded of my main concern which i want to raise and action taken! I am a victim in Pakistan hence await your response here asap! Thank you
