If a caveman couldn’t eat it, neither can you. The core concept of Paleo is to avoid grains, sugars, dairy, and artificially processed food and replace them with high quality meat, fish, eggs and vegetables. Going back to a time before processed food can be difficult, so we’ve created a compilation of delicious recipes.

Tons of recipes in each category: pork, beef, poultry, seafood, breakfast, side dishes, and the highly coveted paleo dessert!

Our app is highly visual Our goal was to offer a wide variety of recipes and a highly usable and visually appealing application, and we have delivered.

Browse beautiful pictures of delicious food and make the dish yourself using our recipe instructions on either iPhone or iPad.

Obsessed!!

I’m new to paleo so I wanted something that could help me with recipes and guide me through my new way of eating. This app makes things super easy and even allows me to favorite recipes and add recipes to a grocery list. I also love how it has a section where you can look up foods to double check if it qualifies as paleo or not and has a section that describes the diet as well. Super easy and worth it!!

This app saved me!!!

I’ve tried the Paleo diet many times, unsuccessfully over the past several years. Paleo Plate was exactly what I needed to motivate me and get me excited about this way of eating! Beautifully organized categories, vibrant photos, food shopping lists, and simple ingredients did it for me! This is the only app I’ve ever thought enough about to review. Well done, Paleo Plate!
