Good concept but when app fails. Locked out
Our apartment only has this to work the gate, so when the app fails, we are locked out for hours, UNLESS we have somebody on the inside to drive by the sensor and open it. I feel like this is the only way in which leads to problems.

Used to work, but now it fails every time.
It used to work fine. But now I can even get the app to work, and therefore I can’t get gate access to or from my parking lot. Even after deleting from all my devices and then downloading it just to my personal iPhone X, after entering my phone number it always says “User phone internet connectivity issue” and fails. Unless someone from tech department contacts me, I give it a 👎🏻

Works great but should make accessible for the watch for easier hands free for if have hands full with stuff and can’t put down
