The Palm Tran Connection app is for reserving door-to-door trips up to three days in advance, checking on live trip status, canceling trips on the same day or future booked trips, checking eligibility status, updating contact information, or adding compliments or complaints.

The door-to-door service is for pre-approved users in Palm Beach County, Florida. For Eligibility questions, you may call 561-649-9838 Option 7. Applications are not available on the web. To become eligible for the service, the applicant must have a cognitive or mobility limitation that prevents the individual from using the accessible City Buses. Generally works

Works okay, especially when there’s a glitch getting to website but I can’t get it into landscape mode on the Ipad

Some features broken, arrival times are way off

Overall the UI is decent and straightforward, however the notification options seem broken as I keep seeing “An unknown error has occurred” when I try to change my notification preferences in the app.

Also, arrival times for the busses are way off— sometimes by a half hour or more. On several occasions the app has said my ride was arriving in two minutes when the bus was 45 minutes out.

This differ is the worst. She pulls to the side of the road. The sits there for like 10 mintues which is 10 mintues past your pick up. Carla literally just stares at the road like a psycho. Then is late. Second, she were at a drop off and she sees the door open and people get out of another can to enter the building. But she just stands there and stares like a idiot. Mike you, the people are pointing at her to move up. But again, she doesn’t because she can’t or doesn’t want to do her job. She not only made me and 2 other people late. But she clearly does this everyday and she needs to be fired!
