All these years dedicated over 25 years and you pull the one thing that really helped!? You took away the option of receiving gift cards? I looked forward to those because for a busy mom of 7, and 25 years of using only Pampers in truly disappointed and upset that you took away the only gift I could use for myself as every single penny I get goes on my children, so that little incentive of a gift card was amazing for me and it felt good to let myself indulge without feeling guilty because if I spend a penny on myself I feel extremely guilty because I feel wrong somehow. But a small gift card here and there truly made a big difference for me and now you’re just giving me more diapers 😔 I’ve been changing diapers for so long and it just felt nice to get a little reward for the hard work I put in as a full time mother with my 7 kids ages 2,4,6,8,17,24&25 years of age. I’m sad to see it go but I guess nothing good ever lasts. That was the best reward catalog since it’s inception and it was the quickest to go away 🥺
I do however love the quality of Pampers which is why I wouldn’t use anything else. And I will always stand by my preference and ALWAYS recommend Pampers diapers over all other brands. Thank you for keeping amazing quality diapers I do appreciate that and overall that’s what’s really important more then a reward you’re not obligated to offer at all. So I do thank you very much for everything through my years of motherhood.💕❤️

I’m a mother of 5 with my youngest is 25. My daughter-in-law and oldest son had a sweet baby boy William Elijah April 2022, tragically my daughter-in-law passed away 2 months later June 2022. With my 5 children and 5 grandchildren. I’ve always used Pampers, I absolutely love them. So of course now that I’m raising our grandson I’m still loyal to the Pamper family. I was so aesthetic when I found out about your app and I could earn points for all the diapers. “Boy” I set back and think about all the Pampers I’ve purchased over the last 40 + years and how much this app would of help me save money. Now that my husband and I are retired and our son’s is absolutely devastated, any and everything helps and appreciated. I hope all the new moms, dad’s grandmothers, grandfathers, and families appreciate the Pamper’s Club. I just started using it so not many points yet but we have years to go again. I appreciate your company‘s dedication to helping new families and all you do to make the best products on the market. I’m so pleased with the app as well as all your Products. Thank you so much. I recently bought a large size of diapers and it had three codes in it. I scanned them in right away and then started poking around on the app, then realizing there’s a special deal going that codes you scan are supposed to be x4. First of all, why would they hide this? There’s no prompt from the app or anything about applying this offer. After realizing that it wouldn’t retroactively credit my codes after I “activated” it since they fell in the dates and I had literally just scanned them, I contacted customer service to see if they’d help. The initial response said something about possibly crediting my account if needed and that they’d respond within ten business days with their decision. Even though the first mentions the possibility of getting credited, their answer was almost literally “sorry, you have to activate the offer first, nothing we can do”. I had already hated the update to it a long while back, but now I continue to slowly hate it more and more. Guys, they literally care THAT much about $1.80. (I’m certain they could’ve credited the points) Sure you could say the same about me, but I’m not a billion dollar company.
*starts trying harder to switch everything over to Luvs* ‘Cause I’m over it and feeling more and more disappointed with this stupid app and their “Rewards” program. I had so many points saved up before and now it’s all stupid cash that looks like it basically saves you nothing.
