Love how Paneem improved!
I’ve been using Paneem to help survivors provide their proof of life for a few years and must say it’s gotten much better!
The app itself works faster, it’s great to have an option to check the status of verification any time you need now and overall verification is taking only a few minutes. Hope to see it become even better in the future 👍
Multiple attempts
This app would be helpful if it would always show the persons face in the oval. It did one time but I didn’t like the photo. So I tried again. The latter portraits never showed the person in the oval space. I only saw it a few seconds later AFTER I took the photo. The app also told me 3 times to try again. So I had to resend photos 3 times. I got a note saying it was submitted. I tried to make an account with the app (separate from verification) and the app said my mother does not exist ! (I had just sent verification - but to get on the app as a customer was not possible ).
Does exactly what it’s supposed to
The Paneem app works wonderfully now and I’m so grateful that it exists.
