Paid Notifications
I don't have much issue however why is the only notification I recieve for my time ending is an email like 10 mins after its over and another 1 hour before, and speaking to customer service to see if I got a ticket or if the car is even still there is pointless because they'll tell me "consult someone at the Parking lot" which is kinda counter intuitive since my car is parked there but all I want is accurate notification that aren't emails without having to subscribe for notifications.

When using the App the time you have parked and the time that’s still available is clearly available on the app for you to monitor as needed in real-time. , please feel free for any future assistance please call our Customer Care Center 877-697-2646
Worse parking app ever
First They make it seem like you are only paying $0.25 per hr but then as soon as you select park you are being charged a fee of $6.96 for 24hr which is held on your account. If you don’t use the whole 24hr they will give whatever you didn’t use back, so basically just taking your money and they will do this every time you park. I live in a apartment that uses it and we also have a towing company that circles around every hr to make sure you paid and if you forget for a second your car is getting towed. I really don’t understand the need to put a hold like just charge the 25 cents for however long some one is parked smh it’s really a rip off. Even visitors have to use it. Some one can be stopping by for like 10 min and you have to get charged $6.96 when it only costs 25 cents. I also don’t like that you cannot just add more money for the parking time you’re already using just like if you were parked at a meter. Once your time runs out that’s it you have to start it over. My bank account literally says pango, pango, pango, pango 🙄 I hate it

The Pango App is designed as a fully transparent app, you are provided all the information needed to park and how the transactions works- when you park you have signage listing a Zone/space number to enter in App once that is done you will see on your screen the location, price, transaction fee, hours you can park, and we are pre-authorizing your payment source for 24 hrs., because your parking session is in real-time, meaning we don’t know when your leaving. You must stop your parking session when you are done (which was told to you when you started session). Pango dose not hold money we only pre-authorize with your funding source.
Warning: Don’t use this parking app!!
I’ll share my experience in a hot parking lot in Bend Oregon. in order to pay the parking fee I first had to visit the website for Pango where they make you download their app, this app. Then it has you create a new account. Then it has you link it to your bank or digital cash service such as Venmo. Then they make you transfer funds from it to your new account at Pango. When I finally go to pay the parking fee, it says it’s a free parking day!! It just had me go through all that setup before it tells me that?
I try to contact Pango customer service to get my money back and after about a week and a half they finally respond and tell me that I can’t get it back for 20 days from when I request it and that they’re going to take out a processing fee! stay away from this app based on their business practice!
Developer Response ,
Thank you for your feedback, if possible, please contact our Customer Care Center we would like to better understand your issue. As with any app-based payment system you must open an account then link your funding source to the app to make payment, this location is a 24/7 with posted signs and payment is required anytime you park.
