Works great with Mavic Air 2 360 panos

I’ve been searching for a while for an affordable app that can handle the DJI Mavic Air 2 360 panoramas. The drone captures 26 raw images and automatically stitches them into a circular image that appear on your iphone DJI app. My attempts to post process a rectangular image from the 26 separate photos has not been up to my desired results. The best tool I tested cost over $300. Great tool, but too expensive for my purposes. I then found Panorama Stitcher and figured the price was right and it claimed to be able to merge my 26 images for a 360 view. It processed the images on my first attempt. It even smoothed out the exposure variation, which is critical to getting the desired results easily without a lot of additional post processing. The software allowed me to quickly double process for two different output exposure images that I then processed using HDR processing tools. Results was exactly what I was hoping to achieve. Great product for a great price.

Works very well

I screwed up. I wrote a nasty review giving Panorama Stitcher one star because I couldn’t figure out how to get it to perform an operation that I needed done, an operation that I considered essential. After I wrote my negative review, Panorama Stitcher support suggested that I send them an email. I did, explaining my problem at some length. They responded with a very gentle explanation of how to accomplish my goal. It was one of those “DOH!” moments for me. I suppose that I could hide behind the excuse that the solution should have been intuitively obvious to the most casual observer, but the fact is that the feature in question was very reasonably presented — the real problem was that I was too impatient to go through the documentation. In any case, now everything works perfectly, and I’ve got egg all over my face for unfairly criticizing them.

Great features, great support

This app has become invaluable to me for combining multple scanned pieces of artwork- when I need to scan a photo or drawing that is larger than my flatbed scanner bed, I can put them all through this app and get great high quality scans that are suitable for reprinting.

Note: Make sure you use the "import" feature rather than dragging the images from Photos into the app. I was confused by this and emailed support about this and they knew exactly the issue I was running into and emailed me back almost immediately.
