I love Papa John’s even more now!

Thank you for the wonderful app that works great!
I was a bit sad that I couldn’t transfer my points because the first app didn’t take my original info. I had to make a new account... but it is overall a 5 star app now.
I only surest one thing.... pleeeeaaase... give us the choice of which pizza sauce or NO pizza sauce on the pizzas. My son has an irrational fear of tomatoes, so getting pizza right gor him is a challenge if no one reads the notes before they start making the pizza... I heard that the manager reads the notes, but the chef only sees the order... if there is a lack of communication, which happened many times with online ordering, then my son goes hungry until his new pizza finally arrives... please pay attention to this one suggestion! Thank you!!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Great app

I used this app couple of time and found it very straightforward and user friendly. Only area required improvement is payment section, there must be more convenient options for payment such as apple pay and other payment types.

What a great quality at such a great price. We enjoyed the food and the convenience of ordering through the app. We were in the mall when we ordered on the app. Before we could reach the papa john’s outlet, we got notified of the order awaiting pick up. Great job! We enjoyed the food thoroughly.
