I'm sure the other reviews really are experiencing issues, but perhaps we have a different system since I've experienced nothing but easy access to my packages at any hour of day.
Previously, I would need to rush home after work in order to make it to the office before they closed to pick up my packages, but now I just go and grab it whenever. Being able to open the locker with my phone is fantastic, and the app is simple and easy to use overall.
Extremely convenient and haven't experienced any issues yet (been a little over a month and we get a package 1-3 times a week). Will update my review if anything changes.
If you’re being forced to use this locker system, you have all my sympathy. Parcel Pending has not worked from Day 1, and I frankly don’t have high hopes for the future. My delivery men and women and I have only experienced issues with this system. Lockers will not open in response to the computer. You say to yourself, “Ah, at least they give me a locker number, so I know where it’s supposed to be!” And then you realize the lockers aren’t even numbered. So you go to the office (who refuses to accept packages) and they have a key. So you go and you unlock lockers one by one manually based on where you think you hear the clicking sound of a locker that ~should~ be opening. Only there’s nothing in the locker. Because, naturally, it didn’t open at the time of delivery either. So now you have a package that is “delivered” in everyone’s system but has vanished into thin air. Congratulations! Now you get to call the company your purchased from and try to convince them that you still need what you purchased. Good luck winning that war! And if you do, you’ll only experience the same issues again. And again. And again. So you think you’ll be smart and leave delivery instructions! Problem solved? Wrong. Somehow all of your delivery instructions are overwritten by “Deliver To Locker” and the problem persists. This product/service REALLY needs to take a hard look at their system and come up with some solutions. Until then, STAY AWAY!!!!!
Absolutely horrendous app and customer service.
The one star I was forced to give is honestly giving this app too much credit. The only reason l’ll give it to them is because I at least had a chuckle when I noticed that Im not the only one having this exact same problem. In fact, it seems that this issue is so common the 2 customer service reps were fully aware of it. Password retrieval is just not possible to do on mobile. Thats it. They know, and by this time it doesn't seem like its an issue to them as they'll just redirect you to use their website, which doesn't work, or even go as far as saying “ use a desktop cause it wont work on mobile”, like thats not beyond the actual problem.
Don’t even bother calling their Customer Support line. Never have I actually gone off the phone with ANY other representatives and actually thought I legitimately wasted my time, at least with others they made an actual effort to help me out like it was the thing they were paid to do or something, instead Hope (my rep) seemed to imply that I was somehow asking for too much for expecting their application to work?
It honestly a shame that Im forced to deal with this, you would expect a service like this to have some sort of accountability to their obviously glaring flaws given the fact that people are forced to use them depending on their living arrangements. Terrible terrible application. 0/5 stars
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
