This app is a life saver!! It does everything you would need it to do!! The only complaint I have is that it is not completely undetectable on the child’s phone. Which makes it easily disconnected by the child if they find it The only reason I say this is because kids more and more tech savvy which means they are leaning younger and younger how to use devices. For the most part younger children knew about it and are only able to. Have the phone because this app is on it. However yhe older older in was using secret devices to do whatever on and only the phone for school which was very misleading. Then when she got into trouble I realized I had underestimated her because she outsmarted the app; which she had me thinking she was being good when she was not

I was able to download the app to my phone and connect my son’s phone to the app as well. Following the instructions given, I was unable to connect to the AirDroid site on my computer. Even thought my son’s phone was already bound, I kept getting a message stating that no bound devices could be found. I tried all the troubleshooting advice given by the AI support offered within the app, but nothing worked. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app on both our phones, unbound and rebound my son’s phone to the app, restarted my computer, and hard reset both of our phones. Still could get no connection. I sent 2 emails to customer support. 7 days later one is marked “solved” with no response given from support and the other shows open with no support. I now get a message stating that the free trial is over and I have to pay in order to use the app. It would have been nice if this would have worked or if I could at least have gotten a response from support. I am now uninstalling everything and will find another monitoring app.

I was looking for a way to monitor my father who is getting old and his memory is not what it used to be. Although I don’t use most of the features (for obvious reasons) With this app, you’re able to remotely access the microphone, camera AND the ability to see a live display of their phone screen and what they’re actively searching; all without them knowing. And the feature I’m most excited about is the ability to see the live location, as well as route history, and the ability to set up geofencing. You’re also able to hide the app icon from view so they’re unaware of its presence. Well done to the app developers!

I absolutely love this app… it’s help me keep track of my kids and husband anywhere with the added bonus of being able to see any notifications that come to there phone. And the fact that the app and icon physically disappears from the phone that your tracking is A++ in my book… so trust me, go ahead and pay the $9.99 a month subscription fee! “YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!” 😇😉👍

I put this app on my 14 year old’s phone and it worked great until it would up date while she was on a school trip and I’d loose all the permissions which you can’t reset without getting on the child’s phone. When that phone became out dated we had to get her a new phone and suddenly she could see anything I was checking in on and was able to turn it off. She was able to hide so much and get into trouble by using the internet that I could not get the app to track that we had to cancel and we are now praying the Bark phone is a better solution. If you have good kids you just want to keep an eye on it’s good but if you have a kid like mine that is already hiding things don’t bother. They are smart enough to get around this app lol.

I really love the app. It has everything i wantI really love the fact that we don’t have to be sharing the same network or be close by in order to help my grandparents and friends who don’t know how to use their phone and i am able to see full screen without the need to make them struggle connecting to other apps.So i am using it to help my older friends too when i am not around them. The problem is that it does not support the app for apple. I have the apple and i am able to download the parenting app. The my kids have apple and I cannot use it in their iphones.Please please. Hopefully you will have an app for be able to use the kid app in apple

This app does not do half of the things it claims. I purchased it and a subscription when it made me sign up, just to find out the features like screen mirroring, live camera view or surround sounds do NOT APPLY TO IOS. I am confused why it is being marketed on the iOS app to offer this? I subscribed for literally nothing, as the only features that DO work are the ones that already come free with iCloud family parental controls. Further, I had to deactivate find my iPhone and lost device protection JUST for this app to work. This is definitely a lose/lose situation. I would not recommend this app to anyone. Please don’t fall for signing up… I had to contact support to find out all of this. The downloaded app doesn’t even look like the photos in the iOS App Store- way less functionality. Scam likely.

With a phone addicted 15 ur old son this is great for monitoring his web activity. I wish that setting up the app and screen limits were easier. I struggled to get this right and he kept going until 5AM. It’s still a bit of a struggle… also wish that the screen mirror would not show “camera recording” red dot because a tech savvy kid will catch that quick. Love the geofence so I know where he goes. Also, wish the messaging was not mixed where I can sometimes only see the text received and others the text going out and occasionally the complete text script.

Absolutely 100% the best parental app available! 5 plus stars in my opinion! View all notifications ur child receives, see thier battery charge, thier location, open up thier camera and see in real time video of what’s happening and one way audio! Best of all it runs in stealth mode so ur child won’t even know! Just know u should always practice trust with ur children but when in doubt this app is a peace of mind

A vague footnote about “in-app purchases” doesn’t cut it when the entire app ceases to function without a subscription.Let’s be real—no one wants to pay to keep their children safe. And if this bait-and-switch tactic continues, users will lose interest. When that happens, your profits, your reviews, and ultimately your credibility will take a nosedive.Yes, apps need revenue to survive. But misleading users just to reel them in? That’s a short-term gain at the cost of long-term trust. Either be upfront about your pricing model or prepare for the consequences, which WILL come in due time, no matter how long it takes
