Kids360 is the first parental control app that kids enjoy. Help your child build healthy phone habits through smart screen time management, educational tasks, and positive routines - not just restrictions. Set phone limits, manage apps, create schedules, and give your child more independence while staying involved. Kids360 helps parents create a balanced digital environment where children learn to use their phones responsibly. By completing educational tasks and physical activities, children can earn extra screen time and understand the value of managing their own device usage. Create healthy screen time habits Set daily phone time limits and help your child develop better digital routines. Create schedules for school, homework, bedtime, or family time and decide when entertainment apps should be available. Manage apps and games Control which apps your child can use and limit distracting activities when needed. Block games, social media, or other apps that take too much time, while keeping access to important tools and learning apps. Support your child's first smartphone Kids360 is designed for families introducing a first phone or helping children become more independent with technology. Set clear boundaries while giving your child the opportunity to build responsible habits. Turn screen time into motivation Unlike traditional parental controls that only block and restrict, Kids360 helps make digital rules more positive. Children can complete educational tasks, solve logical exercises, practice math, and complete physical activities to earn additional phone time. Help children stay active Kids360 can automatically count physical exercises using the phone camera. Your child can complete activities such as jumps or squats and receive extra screen time based on completed exercises. Keep your child safer online Help protect your child from unsuitable websites and encourage safer internet use. Manage web access and create a more appropriate online environment for your child's age. Know where your child is Stay connected with real-time GPS location. View your child's location on a map and feel more confident knowing where they are. Stay connected when needed Send a loud signal to your child's phone when you need to get their attention. How Kids360 works: Install Kids360 on your phone. Install the Alli360 companion app on your child's smartphone. Connect both devices and set up parental control features. Kids360 is designed to be visible to children and used with their knowledge. Personal data is stored securely in accordance with applicable laws and GDPR requirements. Overall works well with annoying kinks

Overall, I like the app. It lets me set limits and block when needed. It does what’s needed to be done. However, it’s super slow and doesn’t update in a timely manner. Customer service is essentially non existent, and you’re trying to troubleshoot on your own. It will say you can’t do something because you need to update, but when you update it still won’t allow you to do certain tasks. They need better customer service and to update to a better version of the app.

very disappointing

I advise caution when using this app as it may not always be compatible. Despite multiple attempts, I found that it was not suitable for my needs, leading to wasted time. I subscribed to the service for less than an hour and I Immediately canceled the subscription after encountering difficulties in obtaining a refund. To my dismay, the subscription was somehow renewed on my phone shortly after I had canceled it, resulting in an additional charge. It would be more equitable if users were allowed a 24-hour window to cancel a subscription, especially if they encounter compatibility issues. I am disappointed by the lack of flexibility and understanding in this matter and feel it's unjust to have spent $120 on an app that I cannot use. Customer service was terrible and made no accommodations however, I’m going to speak to legal and see if something can be done to get my refund. It's simply unfair.

No advertised features available for iPhone

This app can’t do anything that is advertised that it can do. I’m on an iPhone 12 Pro Max, and my son’s phone is an iPhone 12 Pro Max as well. I went thru the whole install process for both mine and my son’s phone, and once completed, the only thing I could select was a general age range of web searches to block 18+ websites, and turn on location. This app does NOT allow you to set up time limits for anything, it does NOT allow you to block certain apps, it does NOT allow you to restrict specific sites, and it does NOT allow you to “send tasks” to your kids.. and on and on… none of the features that convinced me to download this app were even available and present within the app when I downloaded it…… good thing I did the free trial so I could cancel it immediately and delete this garbage app from my phone and my son’s phone…

Just like others, this app works when it wants to. I have two kids on the app. Each profile is completely different. One allows me to block certain apps, see what he is viewing, & app duration. But he’s allowed to view TikTok & search browsers. There’s no way for me to block this for some reason. My other kids profile doesn’t let me control anything, unlike the other kids profile. It just lets me block & unblock his phone. So if he meets his hour for the day non of his apps work, I mean non of them. It doesn’t allow me to do anything on his profile. I can’t limit specific apps, block, or allow. It’s really ridiculous. I paid $80 for this?! Save your money. I also tried to reach out to the chat assistants. They give you helpful articles that don’t pertain to anything you’re asking about. You are clearly speaking to a robot.
