Every time I log in, something doesn’t work. Can’t access my child’s info…can’t access their teacher…their schedule, their email…finally can get the email, but can’t get any staff member info to populate. I’ve tried emailing my child’s teachers in the past, but it doesn’t populate any emails, regardless if you select “student’s teachers, staff list”, etc. also, information for classroom assignments or schedules are not uploading or anywhere to be found. Nothing really works through this app for the entire time I’ve had to use it…yet it’s required! If you tell us we HAVE to use it…then give us something we can ACTUALLY USE!!

The mail section needs a basic upgrade. Add a delete feature so that one can delete mail as it is read rather than having the extra stwp of having to back out to the inbox then swiping to delete. At the very least, have an option to select all or multiple mails at once to delete. Also, add a functionality to sort mail. Most times I don’t use this app because it is so frustrating and annoying.

App "works" from a purely functional point of "gets the job done". However the user interface is quite clunky, doesn't really have the same visual cues as other mobile apps. The app seems to have been designed without round phone corners in mind, some buttons are stuffed oddly in corners.

The app looks like some native app wrapping HTML / Cordova / Phone Gap and it really shows.

Contract a designer for a few months to knock out many of the design issues. Nothing is horrendous but there are so many papercuts using this app it really adds up.
