Not Working Correctly

Maybe I was a little hasty in writing this review-App isn’t displaying notifications as it should or tracking late or lost packages. Is this App still in operation?
Correction: I would love to share in others enthusiasm for this App, but I just can’t recall a single instance where I saved since having signed up for it, not even by accident. However, I am grateful that this App exists in the hopes of helping me save money down the line somewhere I either don’t have the time to really research or buy in haste. Better I am grateful I don’t have to do anything in order for this App to act on my behalf. So thank you to the team at Paribus for trying and working for me..for all of us.

One and done out of hundreds of purchases

Seriously, are you buying the good reviews? Or selectively working the app based on demographics? Patterns and personal experience suggest corruption of a purposeful design. Until this app delivers as promised I will be its biggest detractor. Details follow. I was super excited when first claim went through and Walmart gave me a very small of money back on a pack of batteries but I have never received anymore money back after that. I am disabled and shop online nearly daily. Walmart delivers everything from shampoo to dogfood to furniture to my house. You allegedly put in claims. They have only ever refunded one for about two dollars. They had an excuse for the biggest one in that the item was no longer in stock, so what? The others they ignored. Or you ignored, either way, thousands of dollars later meant no activity for me, which seems suspect. Considering your listings of all the big money everybody else was getting. Apparently you didn’t even try on the majority of my purchases because my membership expired and you did not notify me. Expired? Where was I warned that you were going to take a time out in submitting my claims shortly after I signed up? What kind of crap business practice is that? So it was strictly a one and done, no joy no fun why the hype? why the squeeze? why the tease? for me. Or is it because I recently paid off all but one of my credit cards? Then call it a high credit card debt pari bust.

Amazing Accuracy and Really Works

I didn’t know an app like this existed. I order things online like most people but never really paid attention to when deliveries were late, how late, (too busy with kids, pets, and other things, etc) or if there was an issue with certain deliveries. I also didn’t know there was a resource like this app that holds companies up to their own stated standards. This app helps consumers go from unaware and feeling helpless to being notified and feeling empowered. Most of the time companies mean well when doing business. But when things don’t go as planned, one... the company selling to consumers can be held accountable and two... I’m positive the information this app provides is feedback the company would want to be made aware of to make things right, improve their own process, and fix these blind spots or at least identify if they have a recurring problem in the same region/location or by the same employees, etc. Anyhow, I’m a skeptical person but this app is impressive, it’s accurate and it works remarkably well. Hands down one of the best apps to help consumers (and businesses depending on perspective).
