The app is good for checking balances. That’s about it.
Transaction history, especially for mortgages, is woefully incomplete. When a payment is made, no accounting is shown for what went to principal, interest, or escrow.
I applied an escrow refund to principal. That transaction doesn’t show up. Escrow balance is unavailable.
If Park would like an example of an excellent banking app, I suggest they look up the Max Credit Union app.
Easy Switch from Security Bank

I’ve used the mobile app on my phone for years. Recently I’ve upgraded to iPad Pro. This app opened once and made one transfer correctly. The second time I’d didn’t show the correct balances for accounts and now crashes immediately upon opening.
