Parking rates are good but app is almost unusable. Forgets my saved credit card every day, when you do enter a new card it wipes out other info on the reservation you are trying to make, often gives a sever error message when trying to book. Yesterday it let me into the garage but wouldn’t let me out until I tried a second gate. App was never perfect but after a recent upgrade things got way worse. Because of this app, I have had to pay for parking with cash several times on top of the app itself.

Prepaid for parking unnecessarily, actually Just to get ripped off by the app. No reserved spot no clear instructions on redeeming your pre paid parking. Just awful customer service, actually there is no indication there is any customer service. They never respond. Ended up paying twice for my parking and never received a response from the app when I could not redeem or cancel my “reservation” for a spot that was never reserved Don’t bother with this app they are making themselves the middleman providing zero benefit to you. They tell you to “arrive after your reserved time” so when you can not redeem the prepaid parking from the app you can no longer “cancel” for a refund because it is after your reserved time. Your stuck paying a second time to the garage and still eat the payment for prepaid parking. This app serves no purpose.

I ordered a $275 monthly parking pass through ParkChirp, but when I arrived at the parking garage the manager in the garage parking office said they had never heard of ParkChirp, never received any communication from them, and never received the payment. They would not allow me to park in the garage without purchasing a new pass.I tried contacting the ParkChirp support email, but they ignored my email. I waited 5 days and sent a follow-up email. No response.As far as I can tell, ParkChirp is just out here committing fraud and counting on no one reporting them. Your experience may differ, but don't be surprised if ParkChirp just steals your money and does not give you a legitimate parking pass.

I’m so embarrassed for choosing this parking app, it was frustrating and confusing at best. After Setting up the account with my credit card and finding a space right near my home I preceded to check out and pay for the space. The first indicator of a bad purchase of this type is not receiving the required parking pass. The parking pass did not show up in email ever.The parking attendant at the parking lot never heard of this application and did not recommend that I use it. At that point i requested a refund. I found out from the parking valet the normal rate is $20. This app was charging $21 and never delivered the parking pass. 1 star for the info on where to park!
