Park DIA

As previous reviews have stated both on line and app need a significant amount of work to make it truly user friendly..!! This should be one of the main objectives of ANY app or web site.
Sure you can change the password that will let you in, BUT, it doesn’t update the password that was previously saved. Which means you must change the password again the next time you attempt to log in. As others have said reservations are next to impossible on iPad or iPhone. We are talking about a lot of potential parking users at Denver. That means a lot of lost $$.

Everything is broken

FYI your entire website is broken and does not allow you to make new reservations. It doesn’t work on a mobile device browser, multiple PC browsers, nor the app. The trouble lies specifically on step 1 where you select your drop off/pick up time. The times do not show up in the selection area and there are no options to continue to step 2. Please look into this and update your website/app as soon as you are able.

Reservation not showing in app

So from what I understand with this app is that when you try to make a reservation in the app, you’re actually opening an in-app browser window and making a reservation on their website. Which alone is just clunky but fine. The really pain in the rear is that once you make a reservation it never syncs to the app. So I ask you, what is the point of the app if you can’t find your reservation on it?
