This used to be a reliable app. It’s gotten much slower with new interface updates over the last year (not a hardware issue: iPhone 17 Pro). With the February 2026 update, it won’t select a zone and allow a parking session. Hard phone restarts do not address. Given the scale of adoption, this means parking is difficult.
Sorry to hear that! Could you write to us at feedback@parkmobile.io with more details of your issue? We'd love to help you troubleshoot.
It’s weird to me to leave my car with nothing on the dashboard or the meter flashing red, but over time I’ve learned to trust it. I asked the Meter Maid about it, he assured me it’s for real. Now I love it, find it super easy to use, even easier than the meters. Some parking garages support it as well; unfortunately not my favorite one.

I had to use ParkMobile in Lake Geneva, WI. After filling out the form on the ParkMobile app, I double checked the information, I walked away. When I returned a couple of hours later, I found a parking ticket on my windshield. I immediately went to city hall and protested. Luckily, I had taken a photo of my information as entered on the ParkMobile website. The ticket had a wrong license tag number on it. The photo proved i had inserted the correct information. The app was wrong. I was fortunate that I had pictorial proof. The ticket was forgiven.Update: I received this gracious reply from ParkMobile. "We are sorry to hear that you were cited while using the app however we are glad that everything worked out accordingly in your favor when they dismissed the citation issued to you. If there is anything we can do to assist you, please feel free to contact us at anytime.”

Following the update that redesigned the app I now experience many bugs and glitches that makes the app unusable. I have to resort to using other apps because of how often it crashes. It is unfortunate because the new design of the app offers new features that I was excited to explore. I favored Park mobile because of how easy it was to navigate the app however it has now led me to receive a ticket a few times. I hope later updates will fix these issues but for now it is unreliable.

Title says it all. The recent update is awful. I tried to pay for parking and get a pop-up that I should add a saved vehicle… which I already have, as ParkMobile knows because it shows me on the next screen. Why delay me from paying to suggest something I’ve already done?Every part of the app is now less intuitive. If I want to pay for 12 hours of parking I now have to drag a little circle to move from 0 min to 720 min, instead of a drop down for 12 hours. Why?
Hey there, we’re sorry to hear about your experience. We hear you and will be sure to share your comment with our app development team. Thanks for using ParkMobile.
Long time park mobile user- the recent updates have left the app almost unusable. Nonsensical changes (not auto-loading near by zones, spin dial for adding parking time), and long load times in general have created unnecessary friction and increased user risk (auto-set to minimum time and use of dial are not intuitive!). I have never written a review for an app before but feel so moved to do so this after making the recent update. Please change back to the previous, functional version!
