We’ve made enhancements to version 1.3.8 of the Park’N Fly app, thanks to valuable customer feedback.

Dropping off or picking up your vehicle is now more convenient. You can easily start the process right from your reservation on the home screen. Just tap the green "Drop Off" or "Pick Up" button and follow the simple steps. Need more details? Tap the information icon in the top-right corner of your reservation for assistance.

Park’N Fly Rewards members: Enjoy a smoother process when redeeming free parking days. Simply toggle the number of available free days during the reservation process to see the updated rate before confirming, along with a clear breakdown of the amount due at checkout.

Guest users: Your reservation will remain accessible, even after restarting or reinstalling the app, for added peace of mind.

This app is horrible and hasn’t been updated in a long time

The app is very outdated and is poorly made. The service is also terrible and their parking lots in Montréal are dilapidated. To make it worse, they no longer have anyone working in the lots so you feel abandoned until a bus comes around 20-30 minutes later.

They pull in enormous amounts of money with this terrible service. Avoid.
