Parkway FMS is a service provided by SOD Facilities and Leasing Management (F&LM) to provide a platform for raising feedback and work requests on the go.

* Feedback and Work Requests can be raised for functions under F&LM; namely Facilities Management (FM) , Environmental Services (ES) , Bio-Medical Equipment (BME) and Security.
* Work Requests can be raised in less than a minute
* Option to attach up to 3 photos, taken on the spot or load up from Photo Gallery
* Provides function to annotate the attached photos
* Status of work requests can be tracked real-time at every stage from start to completion
* Performance Rating can be awarded for completed work request based on the quality of service provided
