  • Wallet integration broke

    smarkowitz91

My office parking garage uses ParkWhiz exclusively. No issues getting in or out of the garage, but major issues getting parking passes to save to Apple Wallet after the latest update (doesn’t work at all). Four weeks and still no resolution. Have tried uninstalling the app, signing out, and restarting my phone… all the usual stuff, to no avail. A major inconvenience, but still giving four stars because I can still make and access reservations within the app.

  • THANK YOU

    Abby Elizabeth417

I want to thank ParkWhiz with my whole heart for making canceling bookings and getting a full refund EASY🥹❤️ As long as you click “cancel” before the scheduled time, you get a full refund! I’m so so so incredibly frustrated with apps such as Ticketmaster and Seatgeak and all of those, that once you buy a ticket for something you practically sell your soul to them and have to jump through absolute HOOPS if you need a refund when plans change. I wish all ticketing apps were like you guys. It makes sense, if you can’t go, just cancel it. Why have to pay for it? Why pay all these crazy fees? Thank you, ParkWhiz!

You’re the best Abby! We love hearing that your experience has been so great so far and we appreciate you taking time out of your day to leave a review and rating for us.

  • It works well, but…

I think it’s a great app, and I have definitely saved money by booking through them several times in Los Angeles. The only issue is that the parking spot is not guaranteed. What is the point of pre-booking, if parking is not guaranteed?! For instance, a few days ago the parking lot I got had only a handful of spots left, I guess I got lucky…! I would have been furious if I had to figure out last minute where to park (and pay extra). Prepaid spots should be 100% guaranteed.

Hey there, thank you so much for your feedback! We strive to make parking as seamless and hassle-free as possible! So happy to hear that you're loving our app :)

  • Not great

The app is not great. Why can you not simply book a parking pass for a day, rather than certain hours and why does it default to a time of entry that is later? That’s a problem because You show up and you are not able to enter because it used a random time that starts an hour or two later. And guess what – it cannot be edited. So then you have to buy another pass. Stupid. Or maybe it’s just a built-in revenue raiser, I don’t know.

    Developer Response

Hi Bobby, thanks for your feedback! The management at each lot sets the pricing and availability in our system and you do have the option to edit and select a desired timeframe dependent on availability. If you'd like, you can give us a call at 888-472-7594 and we can see what we can do to help!

  • No longer saves parking passes in Apple Wallet

    Brett in PA

Pass that I bought on Nov. 16, 2025 (and each one prior to that) was successfully saved in my Apple Wallet. Each of three that have been bought in Jan of 2026 will not. I suspect that this app and iOS26 do not play well together as that is the only change on my end. A ticket was submitted to customer service and a week goes by with no communication. I reached back out again and I’m told (by what I’m assuming is a bot) that this is a known issue and they’re working on it. Maybe a communication to me saying that would be helpful instead of just silence.

  • Misleading

Bought a concert ticket on stubhub then was recommended a ticket for parking to purchase for the event. location was specific to the concert itself, even says it on the ticket. one would assume this parking spot would be near the event, right? it absolutely is not. a two mile walk in downtown austin is completely unreasonable considering downtown can be extremely dangerous for a young girl and not safe to be walking in late at night. if parking is specific to an event, it should be within a normal walking distance. a two mile walk is not that bad; however, I could have easily found parking without reserving it if I expected to commit to that walking distance. I intentionally bought the ticket so that I would have a safe, quick walk, yet this includes what can only be described as a sketchy trip through lower downtown from a random parking area. completely disappointed and feel misled. reserved a parking spot .3 miles away for the same event at a significantly cheaper price with a different company. DO NOT buy tickets from this company if recommended by stubhub as it is misleading and scammy.

Hi there. We are sorry to hear that you had an issue with your parking pass. It sounds like you purchased from a reseller. Reselling passes is against our TOS and it wasn't Parkwhiz that sold you the pass, it would have been the reseller that purchase the pass on Parkwhiz and then resold it on Stubhub. We do take steps to stop resellers once we are alerted to them but we are unable to monitor all third party websites and that is why we strongly recommend that you purchase your parking passes directly through Parkwhiz.
