The best part about this mobile banking app is that it’s part of the Disneyverse, and exclusive to Disney Cast Members, employees and their families. The features associated with this app make an already hectic day, easier by allowing me to check my balance, transfer funds and deposit checks quickly and safely, and all backed up by the most magical banking professionals in the world. My only concern is that not all transactions are visible immediately, meaning that I might make two purchases on the same day and one will be deducted from my available balance, while the other purchase may not show up on the app for a few days, thus giving me an inaccurate idea of what funds I have available. But regardless of the app’s shortcomings, I love the app and I love Partners Federal Credit Union and their team.

New UI has been rough

Although the old UI was in need of an update this direction is a miss. The fact that I have to panel over to see amounts for only three accounts is unnecessary. Worse than that the data in the fields below are never correct or outdated. I moved money from one account to another and in the bottom field it showed both as withdraws in each account. The worst bug for me at the moment is when I transfer money through Zelle. For some reason when you look at the main card of your account it won’t show the transfer but when you click into the account it does. Then if you attempt to move that many around you can’t because it says those funds aren’t there even though they are. In the old UI this wasn’t an issue and Zelle deposits showed immediately. Hope these things improve, if they do I’ll happily change my rating.

Please revert this app. It is unclear how this passed QA. This update has generated numerous issues and solved none. -Deposits no longer completely available when using mobile deposit, including payroll and government checks (have never had this be an issue when using previous versions). This has impacted my ability to pay my rent on time as my deposit lists as pending. -Zelle, which used to be accessible under the transfer tab, is no longer easy to find and is buried under an unintuitive menu system three layers deep. Again impacting my ability to easily pay my rent. -All accounts no longer display on the home screen by default and you can only display some of your accounts. (After you make them a favorite otherwise they don’t show)-The system used to take pictures of your checks for deposits is routinely oriented in the wrong direction regardless of how you’re holding your phone. -The system to take pictures of your checks routinely fails to process correctly. Something that had been largely fixed in the previous version. The developers should revert the app as this version is not ready for prime time. I would love the developers to respond to the issues posted not only on my review but in others.
