When you need to ask questions and/or get more info. There is no customer service. There is a contact us but useless. Need real customer service so we can communicate with them.
Suggestions
App is really nice but it needs a lot of improvements.
The colors are off, the writing is too small, it gets stuck a lot, comments don’t show both sides, VIP is purchased not based on monthly recharge, chat bubbles, avatar frame, … etc are purchased separately, chat bubble colors are very bad, you can barely see writings. I hope you fix all this stuff because I like it, and I want it to improve
