Too many problems!
This app is great in theory but has so many bugs. I’ve had this app FOR YEARS. Like 5, and it’s the easiest way to get photos to clients but the app is ALWAYS giving me problems. As of late, I haven’t even been able to use it on my phone because it keeps saying my password is wrong. I will reset it from the app and it will allow me to log on when on browsers but the app continues to say wrong password. I’ve done this 4 times!! I even wrote to support and I have yet to receive an answer. The frustration isn’t even worth using or paying for this app anymore when other ways of sharing are becoming existent and they don’t give these many problems.
Needs iPhone X update but otherwise excellent!!
This app is really amazing for my photography business and I am very thankful to have it and use it almost daily. I can download Photos street from my iPhone and I typically use it when I want to share one of my photos on Instagram. I only wish it had an update for the iPhone X as it does not fill my entire screen currently. I also wish there was a link to view the photos on Safari. Other than those two things the app is very smooth and easy to use and like I said I use it almost every day!!
App will not open on my iPad.
The first time I used this app it worked wonderfully. After that I have tried to use it on my iPad multiple times and every time I log in it freezes while loading. I’ve even deleted the app and re downloaded it. Contacted customer support and they were very kind but said they couldn’t see an issue so it still doesn’t work. Now I just put it on my phone (tried to refrain from this since I don’t have much storage) and it works.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
