With Passio GO, you can easily track real-time bus locations, schedules, and estimated arrival times (ETA). This feature is available for select agencies, and while some agencies may choose to show or hide schedules, you can always see where the buses are and their routes.

For operators managing transportation systems such as transit buses, shuttles, vans, and more, Passio GO offers seamless tracking and passenger counting. Our applications quickly and efficiently track your vehicles and count passengers as they board and exit, tagging them with GPS coordinates and time/day. This includes categorizing different passenger types or groups.

Thank you for your continued feedback and support. We’ve revamped the search experience to give you more map space and a cleaner interface. The Search bar at the top of the Home Screen has been replaced with a Search icon that expands to a field once tapped. We’ve also tucked your favorites behind the search button for a sleeker look and made the search button more prominent.

We’ve updated the ETA bottom sheet on iOS to improve clarity and overall user experience. The UI now features grouped table cells with the stop name as the header. The bus label has been moved to the second line of the main text area, and the route name is now the primary focus. The 'real-time icon animation' has been refreshed with a new sequence that expands outward from circle to circle with lines, to circle with double lines, and back to a circle.

The map UI has been enhanced with the ability to rotate the map and a newly added compass, ensuring you always know your orientation.

Finally, we’ve fixed a bug that was preventing external links from showing. External links should now display correctly throughout the app.

Some small issues but much praise

I really like some aspects of the app such as reliability, and some user friendliness, but there are other things that kinda bug me. Mainly that the stops do not have time update unless you unselect and then reselect it. That, along with slow response times when I click on a stop. Not sure if your app can be sped up/optimized in some way or not but at least make the ETAs update every minute.

Buggy with a bad user interface

I wanted to use the app to plan out my travels to different destinations but I found it extremely hard to use.

1) I cannot use the arrive by feature. When I click on arrive by, the option to change the time is almost entirely hidden because the pop up window size is too small to display it.

2) The Now/Arrival By/Depart At pop up window is not designed in a user friendly way. There is no “X” button to get out of the window and it took me multiple tries to figure out I had to swipe down to exit it. When clicking one of the options a check appears next to it, but then you can’t uncheck it by clicking it, which is counterintuitive

3) After inputting a destination and hitting go, the interface makes it extremely difficult to plan the best route. It is not obvious where to click on a route to select it. At no point in the selection process can you see the route on the map and then zoom in to see if that is the route for you. Because of this, after getting on the bus, I switch to Google Maps to find the best stop to get off on.

4) The app doesn’t update as time passes, so you have to restart your search if you take too long

I like being able to see all the routes at once. Sometimes I turn on only certain ones. The time that the bus will be at my stop is usually very close
