Passport Photo - An ID App 4+

I decided to take our own pictures so we could select the best one. It was that or pay AAA $8 a picture.
I took my own picture against the white closet door.
I my case where I took my own picture, I used my laptop computer to control my Canon Rebel. I could see the image before taking the picture.
In the process, I learned the camera resolution should be about 1 to 3 megapixels. This makes the zoom resolution
to set the hair to chin size at around .5. I used the rotation to correct for my leaning to press the touch pad to to take the
picture.
In the resulting pictures dragged into the program, the background was not quite white as required. I increased the brightness and
and the contrast and saturation to get the desired results.
I used the grid and outline to finnish the picture.
The part I found most time consuming was getting the the height between top of the hair to the bottom of the chin within the 1. to 1.38 inch limits.
After I took my wife's picture, the process went much faster.
Second, I was able adjust the final flesh tones to my liking.
Four stars because of the effort required to get the size right.

Did a great job, was easy to use once I figured out how. It is really quite simple. And the ability to print out more than one copy is nice. As with many apps it is hard to get to the printer settings. But I saved an image and printed it out using preview and then printed multiple copies using this app and "the previous printer settings". This just happened to be the first app I came to that didn't have in app purchases and I tried it and it works fine.

Worst useless app I have ever seen. I am unable to save the picture in anything but a tiff. At the minimum a picture editing app should have the ability to save in Jpeg. I need a png file and cannot. How do I get my money back?
