N-able Passportal 4+

None of the Documentations show up. So no way to quickly look up Wireless or Server IP information while at a client site. Only Credentials showing up and even there the Notes are not displayed unless you edit the credentials. There is a long way to go for the iOS Passportal App in mho.

We use passportal extensively on desktop devices. This mobile app is horrible. When it was working most of the time the app would not show a saved password, but now auto fill doesn’t work at all. Been this way for at least 2 months. Come on…LastPass absolutely has this on lockdown and I have moved back to it since 50% of my usage is mobile. My company is on passportal and I am stuck using this so I have to manually open, find the password, copy it and hope it actually displays the password that I know is in there.

occasionally the app will show an incorrect password... and you can log i. to the desktop website and it will show the correct one. maybe the newest update fixed this issue, would be great if I could check and find out, but the update broke the app entirely. now when I log in I get a “sync error” that tells me to swipe down to refresh, which only leads back to the sync error. this app is worthless if it’s not reliable!
