I too had a problem within the last week where my Password App plus all of my passwords were deleted from my iPhone 7. I have used this app for several years with no problem until now. I thought I had accidentally deleted the app but, since it is my most important app, I’m sure I would have noticed. It just suddenly disappeared from my first page of my phone.
I tried reloading the app. When the app ask me “are you a returning customer” I selected yes. But when I entered my email address (several times), the message said “Do not recognize the email address”.
I had recorded about 25 or 30 passwords in the app and desperate to get them back.

All info was deleted after update
Everything worked just fine with this app until the most recent update. It deleted all of my passwords I had stored. When I reached out to customer support, they sent a generic response with instructions on what to do if there were issues with the update. The email stated to make sure the app was up to date and if I had any other problems to reply back to the message, so I did with my exact problem. This was 3 days ago and I still haven't heard anything back. I am done with this app. Don't use this app unless you want to reset all your passwords when they do an update!!!

S Manager not working on iPhone X
I Juste upgraded from an iPhone 6 to an iPhone X however when I import the app to the new phone from the cloud I get an error message indicating that the apps is not connecting and it stop on a Blanc screen.
Please note that I purchased the full yearly subscription. I will greatly appreciate your help in resolving the situation.
