Pathao iOS app creates problems! Sometimes the app gets stuck at ‘meet at the pickup point’, whereas I’ve already completed my ride! I have to manually close the app and restart it to get the fare amount and leave a feedback. This happens often, and I’ve found it happening on other iOS devices, too. Pathao makes life a lot easier, but these tiny things (when happens repeatedly) are what might make a customer think twice.
Interface could be better and more smooth.
Proud for 5 years with pathao till yesterday.
My pathao rating is 4.8 it was
4.83 anyway. I never faced any type of serious problem. Even if I did they took care instantly after my complain. So recently I had an accident and been in bed for 5 months. I manage my small business and delivery gift items. Yesterday one parcel man I don’t know my luck was bad. Firstly he was so demanding, rude, lair and he can’t do anything. First he didn’t go inside gulshan unicorn plaza market, reason was their is no place because the parking is full. Lol they don’t have a parking for cars only bike and 30 bikes can easily park. Then he can’t went inside to take parcel. The shop was in first floor after 8 mins I ask him to give his phone to market guard then they brought the parcel. The fare was supposed to pay by the sender he didn’t took it. Anyway he came near my house. Like literally after two buildings. He started shouting on me that the sender didn’t pay him. I was okay it’s your fault no worries I will pay you. Come on third floor, he said take it from the general store and BKash me the money. I BKash the money and I insisted him what he did was shocking. He took the parcel, I and others no one couldn’t reach him or get on call. It was a wedding gift. Price
4,900 tk. I called help support 3/4 times and talked to them for 10 to 12 mins once’s. It’s been 15 hours I didn’t get any call from office or my refund. Please people support me and help me to receive my money.
worst food delivery app ever!
The riders/delivery man accepts the order without knowing the location of customers. It always creates a problem because when we are hungry and already placed the order, waiting for food after 10-20mins the delivery man who accepted my order calls and tells me that he cant bring my food for certain reasons like:
> its too far from my zone area
> i cant come this far to deliver food for only 30-40tk
> the restaurant is taking too long to make the food i have to cancel your order
And every time i order food from this app i have to order atleast 3times because 2 or more delivery man has cancelled my order already for different reasons. This is straight out harassment for the customers. Also the delivery mans are sometimes rude and whenever i call customer service nothing changes. I had to waste hours on this useless irritating app on an empty belly.
Please try to upgrade your services and the app. Why does a customer has to place an order for 3-4times ? Cant this issues be solved?
Their should a system where riders can see the address before confirming the order.
And if a delivery man cancels an order after accepting it the order placed by the customer should be automatically transferred to another deliver man. Why does the customer has to go through the same process of ordering again and again the same food? And Why do i have to get harassed like this everytime i order ? i get canceled by 2delivery man atleast.
