- Medical Records: Securely locate your medical records data safely stored on the PTOYMatrix blockchain network by using your specific credentials from your provider’s patient portal and assign it to your Patientory private key.

To work with Care plan features you should purchase at least Monthly subscription, subscription purchase will be charged to your iTunes account. Both free and the monthly subscriptions will automatically renew unless the auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the period subscription ends. Renewal price will be $9.99, unless a discount is specified at time of original purchase or customer selected Annual subscription. Your paid subscription auto-renew can be turned off or managed in your iTunes account settings. Any unused portion of the free trial is forfeited after purchase
