Patientory Inc. is a population health data management and analytics company that empowers the users with actionable insights based on health data taken from the user's EHR and activities statistics from integrated Health applications, incentivizing them to take control of their health outcomes.
Patientory offers a mobile, blockchain-powered, decentralized application designed to facilitate patients and its users with convenient and secure access to their health information.

To work with Care plan features you should purchase at least Monthly subscription, subscription purchase will be charged to your iTunes account. Both free and the monthly subscriptions will automatically renew unless the auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the period subscription ends. Renewal price will be $9.99, unless a discount is specified at time of original purchase or customer selected Annual subscription. Your paid subscription auto-renew can be turned off or managed in your iTunes account settings. Any unused portion of the free trial is forfeited after purchase

I downloaded Patientory with the intention of progressing with my fitness and health goals. Let me tell you it really works! Ever since I downloaded it I have never been more on track with my goals. I log all of my activity, health and water intake daily so I am accurately up to date on my progress. I keep everything logged in my journal. The best part: I get rewarded! Yeah you get rewarded in tokens for being healthy. I absolutely love this app! Better than any other health app I have used in the past, and I have tried loads!

Charged for full month on First day of free trial
I cannot recommend this app. I signed up for the seven day free trial, and was charged on the very first day. I have reported this to the Apple store as a scam. I have canceled the subscription so that I am not charged for the next month. The registration for this app is very difficult and cumbersome. I was able to do it, but it would be challenging for a less technically experienced user. Additionally, the app provides way too many notifications. In six days of use I have received 48 notifications. It is obscene.

Thank you for your feedback. Per your message to the support team we were able to verify with Apple that you clicked one month subscription instead of the 7 day free trial, which was listed below the offer.
The registration ensures your medical data security and identity and you only have to do it once for registration in your lifetime use of the app. You are given a mnemonic phrase which you can use to set up your profiles on multiple devices.
Also in the app you are able to turn off notifications in settings if you did not want to receive notifications.
