The PatientPORTAL App connects you, the patient, with your healthcare provider. The App enables you to view upcoming appointments and lab results, as well as send and receive secure messages for yourself and any dependents that you may have for easy communication with your provider.

With PatientPORTAL, you can:

- Stay in touch with your provider using secure messaging
- Easily manage dependent accounts
- View lab results, details, and history
- View upcoming appointments
- Manage your account profile

To use the PatientPORTAL App you will need an account PIN, which you should have received from your provider. If you need assistance with your account PIN or require support for the App, please contact your healthcare provider directly.

Not quite the same as desktop experience

I was able to send a message to my provider and had been waiting for the reply. I logged into the app hours later. The app said “no new messages.”

Because of all the other 2 star reviews, I decided to log into my portal via browser and yes, I had gotten a reply.

Went back to look at my messages in the app and it didn’t seem to sync. Which explains why I didn’t get an alert on my phone.

I just feel the app is working at %40 and is just unreliable at this point in time. I just want to be able to trust it.

Needs much more health info available

This is fine for what it is, but the web version apparently has more information available on it. On this app, I cannot see info and history on such things as vitals, height, weight, etc which are taken each visit, yet my sister, who uses the web version, can. I also do not have access to reports from CT scans, MRI scans, ultrasound results or any other testing like this. I am not sure if the web version includes this.
So I get lab work results, appointment listings and the ability to email my provider. Fine for what it is, but extremely limited.

The mobile app is designed primarily to facilitate simple communication and interaction between the provider and the patient; it isn’t intended to be a replacement for the comprehensive functionality in the Web version of the portal. Missing Menu Items

The app is just ok. I got a push notification that my lab results were ready & I could view them from the app — however, “Labs” is missing from the menu structure so I couldn’t view the results again without going to the web version. It’s weird to have the push notification, and ability to view the results via the app ... but not navigate back to that section.

Also, on the web version, I cannot actually send a message because after “practice” I cannot select a “location” or the “to” field. I know this about the App ... but since I can’t write a message ...
