The Patrol Port app allows residents to take full advantage of the services provided by Patrol Port.
- Access+: Allows users to open gates/doors when they are nearby them with the swipe of a button! All the activity is being monitored to ensure nobody is entering that is unauthorized to do so.
- Direct message: Directly message a Patrol Port virtual attendant 24/7!

To use the Patrol Port app, you must:
- Reside within a community where our services are currently active.
- Register an account with us (it's fast and easy) or have an e-mail/password already
- Give us your first and last name so that we know who is using the device
- Have Bluetooth enabled in order to use our Access+ service
- Have an active internet connection via either Mobile Data or WiFi

- Added My Account tab which gives easier access for the resident to add/edit vehicles, create Access+ Codes, edit account information, etc.
- Added Push Notifications which allow residents to get direct messages from Patrol Port, entry events of their guests/vendors with pictures, and other notifications
- Added Nearby Gate notifications while in background which allows user to open gates without opening the app itself

Hello - Everything seems to be working. Please remember - You must have an active Patrol Port account to login. Also, for Access+, your property needs to have our access service. Finally, make sure you are nearby the gate when trying to scan for gates. Please contact us directly so that we can help you. Thank you!
