Description
The PayClock Mobile app is part of Lathem’s PayClock Online Time and Attendance System. This mobile app allows companies using PayClock Online to easily track worked hours for employees using their iPhone while working remotely or on the go.

This release contains a number of minor changes to improve stability, security updates, and feature enhancements including:
New Features:
• The Daily Overview displays the Day of the Week.
Bug Fixes:
• Resolved an issue where the scroll list would not generate for a user to select a date when trying to submit time off.
• Resolved an issue where problems with a user’s password would cause a “cannot log in while offline” message.
• Resolved an issue where users could not read notes/text using dark mode on the mobile device in multiple parts of the app.
Ratings and Reviews
Crashes
The PayClock application, while useful when operational, crashes quite a bit. After the app has crashed, the only way to get it to work again is by deleting and reinstalling. iPhone 11.
Easy to use but stops working
The app is easy to use but intermittently stops working for hours or days. All our users report this issue. It will just spin when I am trying to clock in or out. Sometimes it won’t even bring up the employee list if I’m trying to view it, or trying to make corrections to someone’s punch. Tech support says turn my phone on and off so I’ll give that a try.
Still crashes every 2 weeks
My employer uses this for those of us that work from home. It mostly works fine, but crashes every 2 weeks, and only solution is to delete app and reinstall. A real pain.
