Worst situation ever. Can’t even believe a huge company like the one I work for would subject us employees to this hot mess of an app.
Tips not loaded on daily basis as promised and sometimes just out of the blue it won’t transfer funds saying it’s too late (4 days after earning)
Now you get it in a check which we all know goes to taxes and we don’t receive. And’s sometimes it may take 4-5 days to process when transferring funds to card. You never know. I’m very disappointed this is what I have to deal with to get my hard earned money. It must be the cheapest out there for employers is all I can say. There’s no reason for the lack of integrity and consistency by this app’s creators. Come on guys read your reviews and do the right thing. FIX THIS APP!! Please!!!!!

The app itself offers no way to add notification texts, which are nice to receive whenever you are paid. It doesn’t give very much detailed information, you can even see the breakdown of what you made each shift, without manually going through and changing the results for each individual date itself. Coming from previously using tipnetwork, this app is a major letdown. And you can’t even log in to the website, without it telling you to use the app.

Hi C, please contact us through support within the APP, so we can show you how to enable the requested features. Also, the new update will add messaging for notifications and communication between Managements and co-workers in your establishment.

I must say that in the couple of years I've been using this app, they've definitely improved its stability. However, I still miss the option to see the full amount of tips when pooling, a feature available in other apps. Nonetheless, they're certainly heading in the right direction! I still don't understand how to use the notifications though - the settings section seems pointless as there are no settings to change.
