App Doesn’t Work: Unable to Process Request

Just installed the app hoping we could skip the very long line for the Payless counter at Sarasota Airport and just go straight to our car. We keep getting an error with almost every function in the app that says, “Unable to process request. Try again later.” Very much disappointed.

What the heck….only error messages!

Wow, what a “black eye” for Payless Car Rentals!!!
The service seems ill equipped to handle simple technology expectations. And yet they keep this app available even when it is totally malfunctioning. Hard to earn customer loyalty with such poor attention to basic service needs.

Unable to process request

Every time I try to use the app all I get is unable to process request I have deleted and reinstalled the app but the app just doesn’t seem to work
