Update still not helpful at all
The customer care team sent me one email which I didn’t understand. I sent back multiple emails asking them to please explain to me why I can’t access the money deposited in the app or why I can’t order a card or do anything. I have money I can’t do anything with in their account and no one has explained to me why I can’t do anything about it. Either issue me a card or allow me to close the account but give me my money back.
I have reached and gone beyond the minimum needed to order a card but still I cannot do anything with my account. The customer service was not helpful and has not responded to my constant emails.
I was initially happy bout this app but now I can’t even recommend it to my colleagues. PLEASE AVOID THIS APP they aren’t helpful and I feel like they honestly aren’t customer friendly. At this point I just want my money back.

Never dealt with an app that operated so unprofessionally and with no regard for people’s time to even respond to their inquiries.
I signed up with payoneer and immediately used it to withdraw funds. Within 2 days my funds were processed and sent to my bank account. This was perfect because most financial services I dealt with handled things fast like this.
Now here I am trying to withdraw more funds and I’m having an extremely difficult time. First my funds were confirmed to be received by Friday. And nothing. Then it was confirmed to have deposited today and it is currently 3:16PM. I have reached out to support 4 times today since 8 am with no avail. It has been a week that my funds were “disbursed”. Yet they haven’t made it to my account.
I am now forced to go through the live chat. The live chat is an even bigger joke. They told me I was number 84 in line and would have to wait AN HOUR AND 5 MINUTES before I speak to an agent. Seriously? Is it just one person trying to act as though this is a legitimate company? And the wait time continues to increase. 5 minutes ago I had a 11 minute wait time. Now if exceeded back to 16 minutes. I have been waiting for an hour. I will ensure any colleges of mine run from this app FAST.

Find a more organized company
Everything was going fine until a few days ago. I was receiving money payments with no hassle for a year. During this time, I moved from the Czech Republic back to the states. I was home for 3 months receiving payments and had no complaints. Then, out of nowhere, they decided I needed to give them more information. The money I received always went in my American account. It made no difference where I was. Now, they are withholding my money until I make a new account which will take a few days. I have bills to pay and they are going to make me late on them. The best they can do is apologize. The same thing happened to my girlfriend. I am not happy with this company.
