Ability to opt in and manage email reminders regarding their student’s accounts making it easy to remember to replenish lunch accounts or pay time sensitive fees.
Add and manage multiple payment methods easily through the payment screen, or via camera
Easily manage multiple student accounts or add patrons across multiple districts.
Manage Notifications types and methods
Review current lunch balances, add funds to current balances, review your meal transaction history, manage meal restrictions, review bonus balances and rules.

Can we have an app designed by someone who actually has to use the app!!!!

The most crucial part of these fee based kick back apps is the need to see what my child’s balance is. No where have I seen a way to do this. Which means I am gonna have to hear about my kid not getting to eat lunch because I didn’t know they were low or had no funds!!!!!! I hated the previous app and now I wish we were using the previous app. Your charging us fees, pay someone to design it properly. If I don’t see any changes we will do what we have to to have this app changed collectively.

Works

I had the online account set up so the app worked very easily however it keeps asking me if I want to use digital thumbprint. I don’t have digital thumbprint for this phone. If I say no, it shouldn’t keep asking me every time I log in! Do you have facial recognition? That would be helpful. When I checked out it made me check the “I am a human” box several times. If that is to trick the computer bots okay but it didn’t seem right.

Terrible

I would give zero stars if I could.
This is such a difficult app to use, it has multiple glitches, fails regularly. The fact that I have to pay any fee for such awful service absolutely aggravates me. Unfortunately the app developer has no incentive to be better, since the school districts choose the app and as a parent I’m simply stuck using it. I’ve been asking my district to change for two years now, hopefully next school year will be the year they get rid of this terrible app.
