Amazing service and good app!

It feels great to see Paysera gaining traction and heading the right direction. The app is stable, offers almost a full scale of services available on the portal, and in some occassions even outdoes huge global competitors like Revolut! Not to mention their customer service is just a call away and has ALWAYS responded properly. Kudos, Paysera, keep it up!

They hold your funds for weeks

Bad experience with Paysera, they don’t answer your inquiries about when they refund your money from a transfer that you made from another financial institutions. They start asking from where did you got this money and they say they gonna need proof even if your family gave you this money for any reason, it was like 1300 euros (under daily limit and monthly limit) … I asked to return money back to original sender account which is me , but they put you on a waiting list forever and they don’t care if you need the money or you have bills to pay! I would give it zero/10. Please delete it from App store.

The requirement for more information on transfers above 1000 euros is standard practice to ensure no fraudulent activities are being carried out. We hope the funds have been returned to your account. Not good anymore

Paysera used to be very good service. It is now impossible to withdraw more than $500 per day from PayPal and they blame Visa card issuer for this while Visa works totally fine with all other banks I have.

In addition to that, they recently were not able to perform international transfer to another bank account. The money was returned to my Paysera account after 5 days but the processing fee of 60 EUR was taken from my account for whatever reason.

The app itself is buggy lately (not possible to see available balance and recent transactions). Lastly, their customer support is pretty bad and useless regarding PayPal limitation. Not recommended at all.

Hello, we apologise for the inconvenience caused. Our technical team is working on fixing this issue at the moment as it seems to be affecting only a small number of customers. Please try logging out and logging back into the app. This should resolve the issue for the moment as the system needs to be reloaded. If you still experience issues please let us know.
We would like to help you with your issue regarding the international transfer, but we can't identify the problem without more personal information. Please contact customer support with full details via support@paysera.com and they could investigate why the transfer did not go through.
