Pay rent on the go! With the PayYourRent app, residents of supported properties can submit one-time payments or setup recurring payments by electronic check or credit card. The application also allows residents to view invoices and payment history as well as submit maintenance requests and view manager announcements from your iPhone, iPod touch, or iPad.

Limited user capability

The app won’t allow for partial payments, nor can you flag an invoice if it is incorrect. In the 4 months I’ve been using it, the invoices have been consistently incorrect and I’ve had to call the landlord. She has had to jump thru many hoops to get it fixed, up to and including calling the app designers. It’s become a running joke with us—how is the app going to screw up this time, we wonder—and paying the rent becomes a hassle every time. Last month she didn’t get the rent until the day after it was due b/c the dev team wasn’t available to fix her problem.

App is less usable than the mobile website

The formatting is completely off and the user experience suffers dramatically as a result. It also doesn't feel like a true app but rather feels like an application wrapped around the mobile website.
