This app and the website are garbage. When the website first came out I was very excited and at first it was decent but it seems as time has gone by, the app has gotten worse. I was doing paperwork today and when I was adding info to the sticker sheet, it would not let me finalize the paperwork. I had a 4 box install that was wireless which totals 5 pieces of equipment. Every time I would finish the sticker sheet it would not let me finalize. It kept adding n/a check mark on the last two pieces of equipment. Why. I had 5 pieces of equipment on the job but it would not let me leave out a check mark on n/a. It kept adding it back in when I would click done.I assure I know what I'm doing. I was probably the very first person to use pbt mobile. And I was very excited about the potential about this app. Come on people. You force us to use this app so please make it useful and work properly. How about the people who created this app go out in the field and use it like us installers do instead of in your nice air conditioned office and patting yourselves on the back for the garbage you make us struggle with every day.

Greeting: The app works fine but with the exception of the camera, I try to hit the cámara icon and it does not open, when I press it several times the app closes. My cell is an iPhone 11. If you can help me I will appreciate it.

We pay $12.99/month for PBT, and it never wants to work! Will just load, and load, and load....
